Ocotillo Kitchen Remodeling
Kitchen remodels, cabinets, countertops and islands for Ocotillo homes.
Ocotillo is a master-planned community in south Chandler built around lakes and golf, with many homes from the 1990s and 2000s.
Kitchens here often have their original cabinets, tile or granite counters and a small island. Common projects are taking out soffits, enlarging the island and switching to quartz.
In Chandler, permits go through the City's Development Services Department (215 E. Buffalo Street, 480-782-3000). Cabinets, countertops, tile and other finish work are exempt, but cutting into walls, moving load-bearing supports, or changing plumbing, gas or wiring needs a permit and inspections. We handle that paperwork as part of the job.
Cabinets that run to the ceiling.
More seating and prep space.
Easy-clean surfaces.
Usually, yes. Some soffits hide ducts or plumbing that has to be rerouted, which we check during the estimate.
Interior work often does not, but we check your HOA's rules on work hours and dumpsters.
